Who collects your data?

What data, and why?
When you send a booking request, we collect your first name, last name, phone number, email address and optional message, together with the requested treatment and time slot. This data is used solely to process your request, confirm your appointment and send a reminder the day before. It is never sold or used for advertising.
On what basis?
Your consent, given via the checkbox on the booking form, and the pre-contractual steps required to handle your appointment request.
For how long?
Booking requests are kept for 12 months after their date, then deleted automatically. Your visit history (used for the loyalty programme) and any personal discount codes follow the same retention period.
Who has access?
Salon staff only. Our technical providers (Vercel hosting, Neon database, Resend email delivery) process this data on our behalf under GDPR-compliant terms.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary technical cookies (language choice, admin session) may be set. Anonymous, cookieless audience measurement (Vercel Analytics) counts visits in aggregate, without identifying or tracking you.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to zentuarythaiwellness@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
